• We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price, even after payment is received. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

3. Shipping Policy

• Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1299. For orders below ₹1299, a shipping fee may apply.

• We use trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery. However, delays due to courier services, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events are not our responsibility.

• If delivery is not possible due to remote locations, accessibility issues, or other unforeseen reasons, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Order Processing

• Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.

• Orders are processed during business hours. For queries outside this time, please email us and we will respond as soon as possible.

5. Cancellations

• All our products are made to order. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed.

6. Returns & Replacement Policy

• We follow a strict 2-level inspection and secure packaging before dispatch.

• You are eligible for a replacement only if the product is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.

• To claim a replacement:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing video and clear photos showing the defect.

  • The product must be in original packaging and unused.

• If the product is out of stock, a refund will be provided.

• We do not accept returns for used, installed, or tampered products, or if the original packaging is missing.

• Consumable or customized products are non-returnable.

7. User Responsibility

• Users must provide accurate personal and delivery information.

• Any loss or delay due to incorrect information or unavailability at the time of delivery is not our responsibility.

• We reserve the right to verify customer information and cancel orders if the details are found to be incorrect or suspicious.

• Users are responsible for using their own payment details securely.

• We are not liable for any credit card fraud; the responsibility lies solely with the user.
