✅ Conditions for Return & Replacement:

The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

To claim a refund or replacement, you must provide a video of the package being opened.

Personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, the product will be picked up within 4–7 working days.

Refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days after the returned product reaches us.

The refund amount will be credited to the same account (credit card, debit card, or net banking) used during purchase.
